Brock Henderson

Brock is a Director at Sedgwick Strategies, where he supports clients in navigating major projects and complex stakeholder environments. He specializes in strategic communications, corporate strategy, and project delivery, helping organizations manage complex issues and advance critical initiatives. Brock brings experience advising executive leadership and supporting clients through thoughtful planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional project execution.

Before joining Sedgwick, Brock supported Indigenous Nations and economic development corporations in community and strategic planning, grant development, stakeholder engagement, project participation, and the advancement of key initiatives. He contributed to projects focused on long-term economic development and community priorities. Earlier in his career, Brock gained experience in the agriculture and banking sectors, contributing to a broad perspective on the industries and communities that drive Canada’s economy.

Brock has a deep interest in Canada’s role in the world and the opportunities that come with strengthening the country’s economy, advancing major projects, and creating long-term prosperity. He enjoys playing a part in initiatives that bring together economic growth, investment, communities, and organizations with diverse interests.

Brock holds a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge. Based in southern Alberta, he lives with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time on or near the water.
