Naiha Dhir

Naiha is a Consultant Intern at Sedgwick Strategies, supporting project teams through administrative coordination, client service, research, and strategic communications.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Grounded in this training, Naiha brings strong communication and active listening skills, a practical understanding of human behaviour, and a people-centred approach to complex files.

With experience in education and client-facing roles, Naiha is known for her organization, adaptability, and attention to detail—helping teams manage moving parts, navigate sensitive conversations with care, and contribute thoughtfully across sectors.

Outside of work, Naiha enjoys travelling, baking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
