Ryan Braude

Ryan is the Manager of Client Services and Public Policy at Sedgwick Strategies. With experience supporting provincial and federal campaigns and serving in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, Ryan has honed his expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and public policy advocacy.

As a Senior Communications Officer in the Official Opposition Caucus, Ryan developed high-impact communication strategies for portfolios such as natural resources, housing, and finance. Working with senior legislators, he built strong stakeholder relationships and led advocacy initiatives to align organizational goals with public interests. His campaign experience further refined his ability to craft impactful messaging and ensure seamless team coordination.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. Growing up in South Africa, Ryan witnessed diverse societal challenges that fueled his passion for crafting solutions through effective public policy and strategic communication – a commitment he now channels into his work with clients at Sedgwick Strategies.

Outside the office, Ryan can usually be found hitting the slopes, tackling gravel trails, playing soccer or camping amidst the stunning natural beauty of British Columbia.
