Taylor Grant

Manager, Client Services & Public Policy

Taylor is Manager of Client Services and Public Policy at Sedgwick Strategies. Taylor writes strategic plans, refines communication materials, facilitates engagement activities, and conducts public policy research and analysis for his clients so they can implement their projects effectively.

To date, Taylor has co-authored sections of Request for Proposal submissions for major infrastructure projects, supported the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia’s efforts to build stronger relationships with Indigenous Peoples across the province resulting in the release of their first Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan, and organized a career fair for a First Nation on Vancouver Island.

Prior to joining Sedgwick, Taylor completed a bachelor’s degree in political science from Simon Fraser University, while simultaneously serving as the Executive Assistant to the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Delta South. This role saw him liaise with community organizations and media, engage with stakeholders, conduct research for critic portfolios, and advocate for the most vulnerable members of his community.

In addition, Taylor has managed five election campaigns – and supported several more – at all three levels of government. Most recently, he served as the Deputy Campaign Manager for the Achieving for Delta team in the 2022 Municipal election.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys reading, exercising, and supporting his favourite sports teams.
