Winnie Keji
Manager, OperationsWinnie is the Operations Manager at Sedgwick Strategies. She is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize efficiency and improve the overall performance of the organization.
Before joining Sedgwick Strategies, she spent seven years working in the Medical-Legal industry as a Director of Operations & Human Resources. Winnie also worked in the tourism, finance, and retail industries earlier in her career.
Winnie enjoys giving back to the community through volunteering; she volunteers for various non-profit organizations. She is a mentor at Dress for Success Vancouver, the Director of
Operations at Sisters in Canada Wellness Society, and the Partnerships Coordinator with the Empowered Black Girl program. Winnie is also a board member with Black Women Connect Vancouver.
Winnie holds a Bachelor of Tourism Management and Marketing degree from Thompson Rivers University, and a Professional Leadership and Management certificate from Royal Roads University. Winnie is also currently pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
In her spare time, she loves planning amazing trips and adventures for herself, family and friends. She also enjoys baking, reading, hiking, travelling, visiting wineries, spending time with family and friends, and simply enjoying life.
